How to manage your Proximate subscription
Here's how to update your payment details or cancel a subscription

Your paid Proximate subscription begins after a 14-day trial period. To change your payment information or to manage subscription settings, follow the steps below to access the billing center:
- Visit https://store.xpdynamics.com/billing to access your order and subscription details.
- Enter the email address you used when placing your order. You'll be emailed with a secure link to manage your subscription and billing settings.
Not sure what email address you used? Submit a support ticket or contact [email protected].
To update your payment details
1. In the area for your subscription details, look for the row labeled "Payment," with an edit icon on the far-right end of the row.
2. Follow the prompts to add a new or update an existing payment method.
To cancel your subscription
- Look to the right of the Subscriptions area for a small icon showing 3 dots.
- Click the icon, then click "Cancel"
- Confirm your decision to cancel.
